“Volatility”
Stocks that move up and down wildly are known as volatile stocks. They can provide great profit opportunities, but also come with greater risk.
FACT 1:
Researchers conducting a study in the UK found that more than 200 employees who had access to and used a company gym were more productive during the day, and went home feeling more satisfied on the days they exercised during work hours. Another study showed that regardless of age, people experienced “immediate benefits” for cognition following “a single bout of moderate exercise”, such as 15 minutes of moderately intense cycling on a stationary bike. These findings suggest that working out during the day could be even better than bookending gym time before or after work. (Source: BBC.com).

January was named after the roman god Janus, known as the producer of gates and doorways who symbolize beginnings and endings. Janus is the depicted with two faces, one looking into the past, and the other into the future- a fitting symbol for the first week of the new year.
